Timothy M. Spring Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Timothy M. Spring Loving Husband, Father and Friend Timothy M. Spring, born on December 5, 1966 passed away peacefully on March 8, 2024. Tim grew up in Manorville, and started his career as a mechanic after high school. After a few jobs he found his dream job working at DOT for the state of NY in Cairo. Tim enjoyed being in his garage tinkering listening to music, sitting by the creek on our deck barbecuing. Tim loved spending time with his family and going on family vacations to Cape Cod, Schroon Lake, and Florida. Tim was a loving husband, father and friend. Tim is predeceased by his father William L. Spring and his mother Judith (Genthner) Spring. Survivors include his wife Elise Spring, daughter Kristina Correa (Ramon), son William H. Spring, grandson Eli Correa, sister in law Margaret Henne (Mark), niece Jesse South, great nephew Colton, brother Donald Spring (Helen), niece Heather Halvorsen (Jon), great nephews Michael and Jeremy, nephew Donald Spring Jr., sister Cindy Turngren (Ed), sister Laurie Heckler, nephew Ian Heckler (Jilly) great nephew Rowan. Tim is also survived by his lifelong friend Walter Kowalski (Bernadette) and his very good work buddy Joseph Dobies. Tim’s memorial services will be announced at a later date for family and friends. Arrangements are under the direction of Richards Funeral Home, 29 Bross Street, Cairo, N.Y., 12413. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Greene County Women’s League, Cancer Patient Aid, P.O. Box 341, Round Top, New York 12473, which is a local non-profit caring organization which helps and assists families of those affected by cancer in many caring ways such as helping families with financial needs.
